Delivery Terms
These delivery terms outline how RecoverORS handles shipping-related concerns, including damaged, incorrect or lost merchandise.
Lost, Incorrect, or Damaged Goods
If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Damaged shipments may be replaced after the damaged merchandise has been returned within 10 days of receipt for inspection. Shipments determined to be lost after a thorough review of Delivery Confirmation tracking may be replaced. In either circumstance, credit may be provided where applicable.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the product being shipped and are determined by USPS.
